DEX Innovation Centre
DEX Innovation Centre (DEX IC) is a private innovation hub based in Liberec, Czech Republic. Since 2012, we help EU-funded projects succeed
through proposal co-design, hands-on digital innovation delivery, and early stage validation. We specialize in driving innovation across five key domains: health, energy, mobility, circular economy, and education. We collaborate with startups, SMEs, researchers, and public actors to co-create validated solutions.

Adam Červenka
Adam Červenka is a Senior Project Manager at DEX Innovation Centre with over six years of experience in designing and managing international EU-funded projects. He holds a Master’s degree from the Technical University of Liberec (2018) and has since worked across a wide range of European programmes, including Horizon Europe, Interreg Danube, Interreg Central Europe, Erasmus+, and the Visegrad Fund.
At DEX Innovation Centre, Adam has led the Womenture project under Horizon Europe, focused on strengthening support systems for female entrepreneurs. His work spans entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems, healthcare, and education, with a strong emphasis on acceleration programmes, mentoring activities, and support for early-stage founders and students. Adam is particularly experienced in translating EU policy objectives into practical, impact-driven initiatives at regional and international levels.

Vojtěch Jíra
Vojtěch Jíra is a Project Manager at DEX Innovation Centre with over five years of experience in leading and managing international projects focused on sustainable development and modern education. He holds a Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Ecology from Charles University (2017) and a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from the Technical University of Liberec (2013). Throughout his career, he has worked across a wide range of European programmes, including Interreg Central Europe, Interreg Danube, and Erasmus+.
At DEX Innovation Centre, Vojtěch has successfully managed over 20 international projects. He specializes in designing and implementing training programmes that bridge the gap between innovation and practical skills. His expertise lies in facilitating workshops on design thinking, circular economy, and digital skills, having directly trained hundreds of students and dozens of teachers.
Vojtěch also brings valuable experience from the public and non-profit sectors, where he contributed to the development of methodologies for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and coordinated local sustainability initiatives. He is dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences that empower individuals and organizations to drive sustainable change.
